為出貨砸錢包機 航空貨運價格漲出天花板

航空貨運運價漲出新的天花板價!貨代業者表示,航空貨運在本周只要是當日裝機、急件的運價已經跳增到大約700~750元,目前12月艙位已滿艙封盤,上周美西線排隊等候艙位的運價每公斤約600元,目前美西線每公斤已來到約650元,主要是電子業、半導體設備、電動車等上下游供應鏈大量出貨,不只搶艙位,也砸錢包機趕出貨。


■來自海運塞港外溢效應


第四季是航空貨運傳統旺季,但今年因為海運塞港外溢效應,造成大量海轉空貨量,及東南亞疫情趨緩,工廠復工追趕訂單,大陸也走出拉閘限電影響趕出貨,預計到明年春節前亞洲區間航空貨運貨載需求強勁,支撐運價持續探高。


12月起大陸出口美國的航空貨運運價也喊漲,且漲幅更大。貨代業者透露,因應航空貨運需求大增,大陸主要機場航班乾坤大挪移,包括上海飛洛杉磯客運航班併班,將航班轉做全貨運,且增加貨運包機、包板、高價艙位等服務,擴大貨運商機。


■大陸新政策恐加劇漲勢


貨代業者稱,大陸明年將推出新政策,恐怕再加劇這波航空貨運漲勢。中國民航局公告,預計2022年1月1日禁止「客改貨」,貨艙可以載貨,但客艙有新的限制規定,將限縮亞洲區航空運力。


值得注意的是,貨櫃海運高運價加上塞港,讓海運低成本優勢被削弱,也是促使這波海轉空貨量大增的原因。桃機公司物業開發處表示,海、空運價比,從之前大約12:1,至今已大幅縮小到3:1,運價差距拉近。


另據國際航空運輸協會(IATA)和業內專家估算,疫前空運運價約為海運的13~15倍,現在空運只比海運高約3~5倍。


■廠商競租華航長榮包機


為了賺取高運價,業界估算,華航、長榮航每周約有12班運力挪去飛包機,約當市場正常航班運力少掉25%,目前新加坡、胡志明、河內、泰國等都有廠商租用包機,目前美西缺艙最嚴重,趕著美國年終節慶銷售季的急件紛紛選擇走空運,搶時效又免掉塞港瓶頸。


據波音的統計,2021年前8個月跟疫情爆發前的2019年相比,貨運量成長9%,但營收獲利大增79%,其中東北亞往北美貨運量比疫情前高出二~三倍,在全球2,600架次客機載貨班機中半數來自亞太地區。


由於太多航空貨運等著去化,貨代業者估,到明年第一季市場暢旺,近日變種病毒Omicron快速擴散,主要國家緊縮機場、港口的防疫措施,航空公司已經開始減少客運航班,客機機腹載貨隨之減少,艙位供給更緊張。
