這間饅頭小攤,在天母士東市場傳承超過三代,飄香一甲子,老闆父子用老麵,加入天然蔬果,客人說饅頭蒸起來後就會聞到香味,不用吃就知道有多香,吃下肚除了飽足感之外,也能夠兼顧健康養生。第二代兒子原本是學校老師,家人生病受傷後,回家接手饅頭生意,從原本的書生180度大轉變,自己花了一段時間才適應體力活。但更難的是父親的嚴格還有龜毛,讓他幾度想打退堂鼓,父子檔經過痛苦的磨合,最後合力參加天下第一攤比賽,還獲得冠軍。

歷史悠久,傳承三代

童家饅頭創立於民國42年,至今已有60年的歷史。創始人童爺爺來自江蘇,從小就學習製作饅頭和包子。來到台灣後,童爺爺在士東市場擺攤賣饅頭,一賣就是60年。

堅持傳統,手工製作

童家饅頭堅持傳統手工製作,從揉麵、發酵、蒸熟,每個步驟都仔細用心。所使用的食材也都是嚴格挑選,絕不添加化學製品。

童家饅頭販售各式各樣饅頭和包子,包括山東饅頭、手工養生饅頭、五榖雜糧饅頭、南瓜包子、紅糖桂圓饅頭、紅蘿蔔起司饅頭、鮮奶起司饅頭、芝麻元氣饅頭、南瓜紅豆、南瓜芋泥、南瓜綠豆等等。
